What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer FedEx and UPS shipping methods for all domestic orders. When you check out, you’ll be able to choose from the following delivery options:
Standard Ground Shipping — Reliable and cost-effective, typically delivered in 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Expedited / 2-Day Shipping — For faster delivery if you need your items quickly.
Overnight / Next-Business-Day Shipping — Available for urgent deliveries (where applicable).
Signature Required — For high-value or fragile packages, you can request a signature on delivery.
If you have special shipping requests or need white-glove delivery, just reach out to us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How long will it take to get my package?
Once your order is processed, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Most clients receive their packages within 3 to 5 business days with standard ground shipping. If you select 2 day or overnight service, those timelines apply once the carrier picks up your order.
You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order ships so you can follow it all the way to your door. If you ever need something sooner, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. If that ever changes, we’ll update our store with the new options.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay through Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you prefer to use Shop Pay Installments, that option will appear at checkout when available.
Is buying online safe?
Yes! Our online store uses secure, encrypted checkout to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your credit card details, and all transactions are processed through trusted payment providers. You can shop with confidence knowing your information is safe.
